Use the navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find types of bags, list of designers and our blog Bagazine. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select the option Buy and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process. Your order will be shipped directly from the boutiques to you.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
You can make cancellations up to the moment your order has been processed by the boutique. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns section below.
How will I know my order has been accepted by the retailer?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified. You will be notified by an e-mail when the retailer has accepted the order and shipped it.
I have a problem with my order, who can I contact?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order and the cost and timing will be shown to you. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.
What to do if my order is out of stock?
We offer an unrivalled range of designer products, which means that the quantities of each piece are very limited. We keep our website stock synchronized with the boutiques so if an item is available online it should be in stock at the store. However, if an item is sold in store and online simultaneously, our stock information may be temporarily inaccurate.
What is the return & exchange policy?
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned item according to our returns policy. Please note that Shipment fees of return will NOT be refunded. The customer assumes the cost of return to the Partner Boutique address.
How do I return or exchange my item(s)?
Please notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48h of receipt of the item (as proven by the postal tracking number)
Item must be sent back to the Partner Boutique address, which is the same of shipping. The return must be made in a period no longer to 14 days since the receipt of the item.
Upon receipt by the Partner Boutique, you will receive a refund to your original payment source.xt.
